Rare Designs by Nette| takes pride in the quality of our items. We are not responsible for damaged items during shipping and use great measures to reduce any damages in the shipping process.

RETURNS CANNOT BE DROPPED OFF AT OUR  CORPORATE OFFICE OR PHYSICAL STORE LOCATIONS AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IN PERSON. RETURNS MUST BE PACKAGED AND RETURNED VIA MAIL.

Absolutely No REFUNDS!!!!

We do not accept any returns due to sanitary reasons (Covid-19). All items are final sale. (Unless at Fault).

If an incorrect item has been sent, it must be sent back in its original condition (must be in original condition and unwashed *free of stains or any signs of wear and tear) within 7 business days for exchange or refund and an email for the shipping label will be sent to you. Once we receive your package we will notify you via email. Please allow 4-7 business days to receive your refund.

We have a certain processing time for handmade items - all processing time is listed on the product listing.

We are not responsible for lost packages or incorrect addresses. (Please verify before submitting)
